Actions of the Governing Board:

-Purchased a CD/DVD player for the sound system.

-Scheduled Ash Wed. service, a Maundy Thursday service including a chili dump.

-Sponsored a Good Friday service and an Easter Sunrise Service at Steve and Randine Foye's at the river in addition to the regular Easter morning service.

-Joined the WCA - Wisconsin Congregational Association. Sent Pastor and Helga Shultz, Steve and Karen Wilkinson as delegates to the annual WCA meeting.

-Purchased Billy Graham, Key to Personal Peace, booklets for church family.

-Recognized Veterans of the congregation at Memorial Day time.

-Scheduled church picnics for July 13 and Sept. 14 at Brigham Park, and a Summer salad potluck for Aug.

-Baptism of Anthony James Favreau on June 29, 2003

-The funerals of Harriet Roberts, Irene Baker and Robert Reimann were held with luncheons served after the Harriet Roberts and Irene Baker funerals.

-Accepted a bid from Thermo Dynamics to replace the furnace/boiler system.

-Sponsored a monthly men's breakfast, a special women's breakfast in May and a special men's breakfast in June.

-Painting of the church fellowship hall and offices was started with a small area to be finished in the Spring of 2004.

-Congregation participated in Samaritan's Purse project. Operation Christmas Child with 30 shoeboxes filled and sent out.

-Scheduled Thanksgiving Eve. and Christmas Eve. services.

-Hanging of the greens was completed following a soup and sandwich lunch.

-Supported the RV. Music Boosters club with a monetary donation.

-Approved the weddings of Roy Anding and Christine Miller on March 27, 2004 at the church and Gwen Anding and Mark Bakalaus at the family farm on July 17, 2004.

-Provided Christmas gifts to Pastor and Helga Shultz and Marie Bryant.

-Set the annual meeting date for January 18, 2004.
